Contact Centre - Leicester

Located within a ground floor space, the existing contact centre had reached capacity and required further floor space to expand its service to the healthcare sector. Keen as Mustard was appointed to review the current and recently acquired, adjacent additional ground floor space to house the expansion. The scheme included new fixtures and fittings, along with new layouts to house secure stores, staff kitchen and break out spaces, as well as a small one-to-one meeting room.
