As an existing managed house located on an active flood plain, The Four Alls near Stratford-upon-Avon was in dire need of refurbishment and enhancement. Keen as Mustard was appointed by Oakman Inns to project manage the construction and fit out stages, along with designing and specifying a completely new interiors scheme.

As a riverside site, overlooking the picturesque River Avon, we wanted to form a direct link between the interior and exterior, constructing a new modern, open glazed extension to create a memorable riverside dining experience.

Specialist parameters had to be designed into the scheme to aid being located on an active flood plain, ranging from floor and wall finishes through to creating a central open plan kitchen, pizza and bar servery which could be protected in the event of a flood.
